Pastor Jessie James Simon Jr. and Lady Ebony Naomi Simon are the proud Servant Leaders of The Word Works Worship Center, affectionately known as T3WC.  Visionaries, World-Changers, Atmosphere Shifters, Youth Motivators, and Hope Dealers are the best characteristics used to describe their character in servant leadership at T3WC. Pastor Simon serves as the Senior Pastor and Founder of T3WC and believes in equipping, mentoring, activating, and ensuring that every ministry runs effectively in serving the members and the community. Lady Ebony N. Simon is responsible for our music ministry and also serves as an overseer for our Youth Ministry. Together, our leaders have followed the God-given vision laid out by the Holy Spirit to impact the Newport News Community and the world at large. Our Senior Pastor and 1st Lady are called, anointed, and appointed by God to Build the Kingdom, Serve the Community, and Love People one word at a time for the glory and honor of God! We are T3WC and this is “The Year of Kingdom Business.”
